Firearms, Ammunition, and the Laws That Govern Them
Women Against Gun Violence has scheduled a marvelous educational program on Firearms, Ammunition, and the Laws That Govern Them taking place on Saturday, November 10 in Culver City. This programing is perfect if you want to:
· learn more about firearms – the LAPD Gun Unit will bring firearms for display and will explain their power and impact;
· learn more about ammunition – LASD will bring ammunition for you to see and hold, and will explain ammunition’s varying impact and power; and
· learn more about our gun laws -- Sayre Weaver, a past WAGV honoree, WAGV Board Member, and attorney responsible for writing and overseeing implementation of some of California’s most cutting edge gun regulations will discuss our gun laws on the federal, state, and local level.
General registration tickets are $15.00, payable during the registration process.
