Introduction to Hand in Hand: The Center for Jewish-Arab Education in Israel

Hand in Hand is the largest Arab-Jewish network in Israel. In the face of violence, racism and militarism, they present a different model for Jewish-Arab relations. Several days this past week, Hand in Hand helped gather thousands in Jerusalem, the Galilee, Jaffa, Kfar Saba, Haifa and Kafr Qasim to protest the escalating violence and broadcast a clear message, “Safety and equality for all.” Learn about Hand in Hand: Center for Jewish-Arab Education in Israel, a model of what Israel can look like, where its Jewish and Arab citizens can live in a shared society based on equality, mutual respect and peace.

You will meet: Shada Mansour, Hand in Hand parent and Shared Communities Organizer, Efrat Meyer, Hand in Hand Jerusalem School Principal, and Noa Yammer, Hand in Hand Director of International Communications.
