What clues can history give us to understand the 2022 election? Join us as Senator Jim Brulte talks about the mid-term election and what we might expect.

Jim Brulte is a highly acclaimed speaker on California politics and public public policy. He is regularly interviewed by local, national and international television  as well as TV affiliates in Southern California. LA Times Magazine has listed him as one of the most powerful people n California.

Currently he is a partner in California Strategies, a political consulting firm. He is also  a member of the Statewide Advisory Board of the California Public Policy Institute.

Senator Brulte has been called one of the smartest political minds in California. He was the former Chairman of the California Republican Party and a member of the California State Senate, representing the 31st district from 1996 to 2004. He also served as the Senate Republican leader from 2000 to 2004. Senator Brulte is the only freshman to ever serve as a party leader in both houses of the California State Legislature. 

Senator Brulte is the person who always insisted that decisions about ideological direction of the Republican Party must be left to candidates.
