About the Exhibitions:
From the Dallas Museum of Art, The Impressionist Revolution explores the rebellious origins of the independent artist collective known as the Impressionists and the revolutionary course they charted for modern art. The exhibition features a rich array of paintings by a wide range of plucky artists who challenged the status quo and won, changing art forever.
Encore: 19th Century French Art expands upon the Impressionist exhibition with art from the museum's own holdings including artworks featuring iconic Parisian sites like the Eiffel Tower, Note Dames Cathedral, The Louvre, and many more.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Bus Transportation:
Thanks to the office of Councilmember Katy Yaroslavsky, a bus has been made available to us, to take us to the Santa Barbara Museum, to the restaurant for lunch, and back to our cars.
Meeting Place:
We will meet in the northernmost part of the parking lot at Cheviot Hills Park and Recreation Center (2551 Motor Avenue) at 8:45 AM.
We will NOT be meeting at the Temple Isaiah parking lot.
Directions to the Bus Meeting Place from Pico Blvd:
--Go south on Motor Avenue.
--Turn right at the first traffic light to enter the park.
--Then immediately turn right to park in the northern parking area.
Directions to the Bus Meeting Place from National Blvd:
--Go north on Motor Avenue.
--Go past the tennis courts at the Monte Mar Dr. traffic light.
--Turn left at the next traffic light to enter the park.
--Then immediately turn right to park in the northern parking area.
Once you are in the parking lot, look for the red brick building with restrooms and a sign that says "Team Field House." Park and look for the ChaiVillageLA group and bus.
All Day Parking Permitted at Park:
We have secured permission to park our cars at the park all day.
Cost of Museum Visit:
$35.00 per person, payable upon registration. (No refunds.) Please bring cash for your lunch.
